Penguin Random House Events
The first is the Penguin Long Weekend Literary Festival, an online literary event you can attend from the comfort of your own home from today. We’ve pulled together an exciting line-up of authors to talk about their books from Tom Keneally to Minnie Darke, and these will all be available to stream via YouTube – please click here.
We’re also excited to announce The Huddle, an online book club to connect readers with authors on Facebook. On Fridays from 3-4pm a Facebook post will go up featuring the book of the week. Readers will be encouraged to comment on the post and discuss the book. The author will be ready and waiting to answer readers’ comments and talk about their research. The first book club will be THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME with Monica McInerney on Friday 17 April, and the second book club will be KHAKI TOWN with Judy Nunn on Friday April 24.
