Today (Wed 11) both Baby Bounce and Preschool Storytime are back. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Thursday 12 March we will be conducting our first PJ Storytime for kids aged 3 to 8 years old from 6.30pm in the library before bedtime. Please wear your pyjamas. Teddies are welcome. Siblings are welcome. Plus, all stories read during these sessions count towards the 1,000 books before school program.
I will be running two sessions on BorrowBox this month. Please book into either one. Saturday 14 March at 10am and Tuesday 17 March at 6.30pm. The sessions are free, but you will need to bring with you your iPad, iPhone, tablet or android phone and passwords to Apple and Google. If these times do not suit do not fret I will run more classes later in the year.
The March movie night is coming up this Saturday with Ford v Ferrari being shown. Doors open at 7.45pm with the movie starting at 8pm.
A number of new magazine titles received this week and they are Australian home beautiful, Australian Women’s Weekly Food, Real living, Small farms, Australian geographic, Country style, Double helix and On the road.
A few new kids’ books are available this week and they include Our puppy’s holiday by ruth Brown, Very first opposites with Busy Duck by Peter Curry, Hush little baby, A diddle, diddle, dumpling, Seaside by Natalie Marshall, Numbers, Australians all love Easter eggs by Colin Buchanan, The tortoise and the hare by Bruce Whatley and My friends are all different by Rosie Smith.
