LIBRARY LINES for week beginning 8 July 2019

Today (Wed 10) we are showing the movie Lego Movie 2 at 10am. Entry is free and there will be a Candy bar for you to buy all your snacks and drinks. Don’t forget that we will be showing the movie the Green Book this Saturday night and next Wednesday 17 we are showing Five Feet apart at 1.45pm.

Last chance to enter into the colouring in competition for the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Moon landing. Entries are open to all ages. Entry forms can be collected and returned to the Library by 5pm Thursday 11 July. Great prizes are up for grab.

Some great new fiction titles are now available. Titles include Gray mountain; Rogue lawyer; The racketeer; The firm by John Grisham, Anna of Kleve: Queen of secrets by Alison Weir, Out of sight by James Patterson, The huntress by Kate Quinn, Mr right now by Karly Lane, Master of my fate by Sienna Brown, Hush hush by James Patterson.

A number of new magazine titles are available for loan and they are Tech Life, Marie Claire, Small farms, Backyard, 4×4 Australia, On the road, Organic gardener and new title Wartime.

A number of new talking book titles for the adults and Playaways for the kids are available and titles include Death of a macho man by MC Beaton, Agatha Raisin: dishing the dirt by MC Beaton, Don’t stop believin’ by Olivia Newton-John, Any ordinary day by Leigh Sales, The silk sisters: tiger-lily gold by Fiona Dunbar, 6 feet deep by Rose Impey, Tales of the dark forest: knyghtmare!
