LIBRARY LINES for week beginning 4 December 2017

Another year is coming to an end and at the Library it has been a busy year with Anne retiring and handing the reigns over to myself. So, from both of us I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the community of Grenfell for your ongoing support and look forward to 2018 and the amazing events that are planned for you all.

Reminder that the Library will be closed from midday on Saturday 23 December until 10.30 am Tuesday 2 January. So please come on down and ensure that you have your reading materials and DVDs for the week. All due dates will skip across this week so don’t worry about having to return them, but the after-hours chute will be available at the front of the building if you need to return them. If you will be away longer than the usual three weeks over the summer, please let me know and I can adjust your loan period upfront.

This week’s new magazine titles include Australian Country Style, R.M. Williams Outback, Quarterly Essay, Marie Claire, Backyard, Australian Patchwork & Quilting and Australian House & Garden.

Have you registered for the Summer Reading Club? If not pop on down to the library, fill in a rego form, collect your reading pack and start reading.
